- 200 grams of fresh shrimps
- 50 grams of kiwi fruit
- 50 grams of tomato
- 1 tablespoon of Maggi soy sauce
- 200 grams of yellow orange
- 50 grams of apple
- 50 grams of sprout
- 10 grams of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- ½ tablespoon of salt
- Salad sauce
- 50 ml of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- ½ tablespoon of pepper
Steps of performance
- Wash 200 grams of shrimps, peel the skin, take the back of the shrimps only, and remove the head and tail of them. Marinate shrimp with 10 grams of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of Maggi soy sauce for 15 minutes. Then sear with cooking oil until the shrimps turn yellow.
- Wash apples, kiwis and tomatoes, then peel and cut into small pieces.
- Wash 2 yellow oranges, cut one end to squeeze for juice. After that, we take out the gut inside with scissors and keep the orange peel to hold the salad. The gut of the oranges after being taken out would be cut into smaller pieces.
- Mix 50ml of squeezed orange juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and 1/2 tablespoon of pepper then we have got the finished salad sauce.
- Put oranges, kiwi, apples, and tomatoes in a mixing bowl then add 50 grams of sprouts and seared shrimps into it. Drizzle the salad sauce over and mix. While mixing, you should be careful not to crush orange cloves, or crush kiwi or apples to make the dish look more delicious.
