  • 1 Cucumber
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ tuber Red Onion
  • 3 Scallions
  • 8 leaves Sweet Basil

Ingredients For Salad Dressing

  • 2~3 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2~3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt


  • Wash cherry tomatoes, drain, then cut in half. Wash cucumber, peel, cut in half. Wash the scallion, chop into small pieces. Wash sweet basil, chop small pieces. Peel the onion, wash, then slice.
  • Make salad dressing: Pour olive oil, Apple cider vinegar, pepper, salt into a bowl, stir to dissolve the salt completely.
  • Put cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion, scallions, sweet basil into the bowl.
  • Pour the salad dressing into the bowl, then mix them all.
