Ingredients

  • White beet 300 gr
  • Fresh shrimp 100 gr  (Black tiger prawn)
  • Broth 50 ml
  • Refined white sugar 1 spoon
  • Broth mix 1 spoon
  • Cooking oil 3 spoons
  • Chopped purple onion 1 spoon
  • Carrot 50 gr
  • Salt 1 spoons
  • Pepper 1/2  spoon
  • Chopped garlic  1 spoon
  • Green onion 3 cloves

Instructions

Preparation

  • Clean the cuttlefish, cut into round slice remove the shell of black tiger prawn
  • Slice the onions Slice beets, carrot into thin slices and put into water.

Implementation

  • Boil thoroughly carrot, beets with boiled water Put cooking oil, chopped garlic and purple opinion into the pan and fried until they turns to yellow, put cuttlefish, shrimp to fry.
  • Continue to put beets, carrot to mix evenly, add salts, sugar, and broth mix for sufficient taste. Add some broth to fry from 1- 2 minutes. Put the white part of green onion, mix evenly and put to the dish. This food is used with hot rice will be very delicious.
