Recipe For Making Eye-catching Purple-cabbage Soaked Lotus Root Salad

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • Lotus root 250 gr
  • Purple cabbage 100 gr
  • Lemon 1 fruit
  • White sugar 20 gr

Instructions

  • Purple cabbage is separated from the leaves, cut into fourths and then into eighths, washed, put in a blender with 1 cup of water, pureed, filtered for juice, removed leftover.
  • Put purple cabbage juice in a bowl, cut the lemon in half, squeeze for lemon juice, add 20gr of white sugar, stir well. You can also add a slice of lemon if you like.
  • Wash lotus root, cut circle, thin pieces, then put them in water pot, boil.
  • Fish lotus root out, soak in a bowl of purple cabbage juice, put it in the refrigerator, for about 1 hour.

Catechin in green tea has an effect on fat transfer, reduces blood fat levels such as triglycerides, cholesterol, reduces fat accumulation in the liver and other parts of the body.
