- Lotus root 250 gr
- Purple cabbage 100 gr
- Lemon 1 fruit
- White sugar 20 gr
Instructions
- Purple cabbage is separated from the leaves, cut into fourths and then into eighths, washed, put in a blender with 1 cup of water, pureed, filtered for juice, removed leftover.
