You can make beef salad (gỏi bò bóp chua ngọt) in a vegetarian style or not, cooking or salad to make them, you will need this following standard formula.
(Gỏi Bò Bóp Chua Ngọt) How To Make The Sweet And Sour Beef Salad That The Whole Family Will Love
- 300 gr Beef
- 1 Green banana
- 1 Starfruit
- 3 Cowhorn peppers
- 1 Lemon
- ½ Pineapple
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 1 Peanut
- 1 Garlic
- 1 Sesame seeds
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Herbs: Basil, coriander, basil
- 1 Fish sauce, cooking oil, salt, and normal spices.
Preparation of Ingredients
- Wash the beef. When slicing, beef should be sliced horizontally to make it easier to eat.
- Cut off the veins and outer edges of starfruit and banana. Prepare a bowl of water and squeeze half a lemon. When sliced star fruit and bananas (thin-slicing), you need to put them immediately into the bowl so that the starfruit and bananas will not be black.

Fry Shrimp Chips
