In summer in tropical countries like Vietnam there are varieties of fruits for your selection. Today I’m going to show you a totally different way of eating fruit that is especially delicious.
Without spending too much effort and time on losing weight, fruit is always a good assistant to help you. Depending on each season in the year and personal taste, you can choose the fruits you want to make a tropical fruit salad dish as below.
Tropical Fruit Salad With Honey Sauce
- Star fruit 1 unit
- Orange 1 unit
- Tangerine 2 units
- Honey 1/4 cup
- Chili 1 unit (small)
- Kiwi 1 unit
- Strawberries 4 units
- Ginger 1 piece
- Lemon 1/4 fruit
- Wash star fruit and strawberries. Peel off 2 ends and 5 edging parts of star fruit. Remove strawberry stalks and slice into 4 pieces. Peel the orange and tangerine then separate the citrus and remove the seeds. Peel the kiwi and cut into small cubes. Put all the fruits in a bowl.
- Rinse, remove seeds and slice chili. Peel off a piece of ginger and then grate it. Grate the skin of 1/4 of a lemon fruit and squeeze the juice. Put lemon skin, lemon juice, grated ginger, honey to mix in the bowl. Put the sauce into the bowl of fruit and mix well.
- Tropical fruit salad with honey sauce is a quick, simple snack, used for breakfast or can be used in family meals, barbecue parties.
