(Nước Chanh Sả Gừng) The Right Way To Make Lemongrass Ginger Juice To Help Weight-loss And Purify The Body

  • 4 fresh lemons
  • 10 Lemongrasses
  • 100 gr ginger
  • 500 gr candy Sugar
  •  ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2.5 liters of water


Step 1

  • Strip the outer skin of the lemongrass, cut the upper green leaves, crush, cut into 7-10 cm pieces.
  • Wash the ginger, slice into thin slices and smash them

 Step 2

  • Add 2.5 liters of filtered water, add 500g rock sugar (dish the sugar if you need to lose weight), boil the water, let the sugar dissolve.

Step 3

  • Put the smashed lemongrass into the pot, boil for 5 minutes. Add smashed ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, continue cooking for 1 minute and turn off the heat.

 Step 4

  • Cover the pot for 30 minutes, then remove the lemongrass and ginger, pour the boiled water through the filter one more time to remove remain residues and let the water cool

Step 5

  • After the water cools, squeeze some more lemon juice, depending on the taste of each family to add accordingly
  • You can use it right away or put it in the cool compartment of the freezer.
